The Sokkia SET 4B Total Station has:

an angle accuracy of 5 sec, distance range of 4,900 ft to a single prism,
measurement accuracy of +/- (5mm + 5ppm),
30X scope, liquid-type tilt sensor for dual axis compensation,
2 LCD single line displays, BDC 25A battery and a 6 pin data port for connection to current Data Collectors.
The keyboard allows for Horizontal Angle Zero Set, 3D Coordinate measurement, Missing Line Determination, Remote Elevation, Resection and Setting Out with 100 point memory.
The display will show Slope and Horizontal Distance and difference in Elevation. There is a meter/feet selection tab and a display of the Tilt values.
It comes with 1 battery, battery charger and instrument case.

This Zeiss Dini 21 Digital Level has an accuracy of 1.3mm per km with the bar coded 2m Nedo rod it is supplied with. The effective range is 1.5m to 100m with a measuring time of 2 sec. Telescope is 26X, visual field of view is 2.2m @ 100m, electronic measuring field is .3m @ 100m, Compensator setting accuracy is .5 sec. The display has 4 lines of 21 characters each, internal memory for data storage and an RS232 interface for connection to an external Data Collector. Weighs 6.6 lbs.

Trimble's 1452XL Laser is designed for interior applications. It has a highly visible 3mW beam, accurate to 1/8th inch @ 100 ft. The laser has both horizontal and vertical self leveling capabilities. Just turn the laser on and it automatically levels. The laser also has a zone scan function that allows the beam to scan back and forth between 2 user defined points creating a "laser chalkline". It comes with a ceiling mount and a remote control. It is in excellent condition.
